Store False Advertising and very unfreindly behaviour of the store manager ripoff

April 27th I visited a local sears store at Tuttle mall in columbus OH. I saw a Mini DV handycam on clearance. The clearance says the model number of the Item and the Price. It does have 4 options

Working
Damaged
Used
Returned

It was marked as Working never said parts are missing or used, Display only nothing. I asked the sales associate to purchase that item. They have it in stock and he said the clearance is on that fllor item only.

First that is not stated anywhere on the ad. I have not seen any clearance like that before. When you have it in stock and you are doing clearance then the items that you have for that model correct.

Anyway I asked to speak to the manager in that Dept. He is very rude he talks as if he is the owner for the store. And he displays the ad's as he likes and he tells what ever he likes.

That is kind of suprising for a big store manager to behave that bad. No customer satisfaction at all.

I will never buy anything else from sears again.
