Ripoff Without using vaseline

This company really screws people over. They promise to collect arrears but they refuse to tell you how. Because they can't! After signing up with them, they told me they could not force an employer to honor their garnishment, since they were only a 3rd party. The state of MO garnished his wages and SupportKids helped themselves to the money. They told me to fax them a letter requesting they terminate my contract because there was nothing else they could do for me. After 30 days, I received their response... No. They told the BBB of TX they were garnishing the wages, which is a blatant lie. There are over 84 complaints with the BBB, lawsuits have been brought against this company, and Attorney Generals is various states have received complaints. If enough people scream and scream long and loud, maybe we can get some action done against this company. Or... A Class Action Suit?
