Garnishing of my wages illegally, with only a notice of an order and not signed by any judge

I was ordered by the courts in the state of ga. To pay my ex-wife directly to her each month.
I now live in Pa. And work in Pa.

I then recieve from my employer that they are garnishing my wages with a notice of an order and was not signed by any judge.

My employer is now taking money from my checks.
