Will not dismiss garnishment

Was given a continuing garnishment notice from the court in gwinneth county never received any kind of communication as to when this was to go to court by the time i received notice from the courthouse it was already past and they were already garnishing wages

When we received this notice I sent a certified letter to this firm with 2 money orders to pay the balance off as to not have wages garnished.

They received the money orders on feb 27th. They cleared on the 29th. First garnishment was taken out at this time. Called the courthouse today and still no dismissal sent to them. Another pay has been garnished as of today. Now we are out 300 dollars on a bill thats paid in full

Even wrote on money orders that it was the balance of garnishment. Called 2 times yesterday got answering machines. Called back again today and still answering machines. Didnt write down the name of the first person but the second one was Daphne Johnston.

Checked with the court today and they checked to see if dismissal came in the mail. It didnt. Now am worried it will be another pay with them taking out garnishment and cannot afford that. Was told to "make them my new best friends".

Cant keep calling them and not receiving response dont know what to do. Have also sent 3 emails. Still no response. Was also told they could play this game for 6 months. Now wondering if i need to hire a real lawye
