Ripoff!

I bought a phone from them off the website tracfone.com and they sent it to me by Fedex 2 business days later. Well, I am thinking pretty good things about this company. I put the sim card in and charge the phone and am thinking all is well. Then I try and activate the phone. This is when all hell breaks loose! The phone will not activate and the customer service reps cannot speak english. They have been telling me to wait a couple of days and try again just to put me off. The phone does not work and never will. I would mail it back to them but I know I would never get a refund. I am out 25 bucks so I did not get hurt bad, I just wish I had checked them out at consumer complaints first!
