Ripoff starving out two drivers

On march 7th i was hired by kc transportation inc as a contract driver for a leaase purchase driver. This driver that i covered for had open heart surgy and is disabled for a short time. Now in the beginning i was informed by the lease purchese as i would perfer owner of the truck that all that was owed to the company would be put on the end of his contract.

Only that vthey would hold two weeks before they would start paying the settelments again. Only end of third week no settelment was made. Kc transportation inc. Kept the settelments for the back payments that the owner owed so therefore the owner couldnt pay me. Agreement was made between me and the owner that i would recive the settelmets to operate with so as the owner spoke with the company to have the settelments and the settelment sheets sent to me.

They informed him that he would have to get a power of attorney and to be signed and noterized as he did do. The owner gives me the power of attorney to operate his bussiness end of the truck. And he leaves for fla. To heal up. As i give a copy of the power of attorney to the company. There response is that they can not aceept it because there is no state seal on it.

Now if this is the case that everything must be noterized then why isnt these documents that we signed for them isnt noterized. Why make me pay the back payments up while they hold 5000.00 dollars of the owners money. Wht starve me out by not giving the miles to make this company work. Why lie to me. When it comes time to dispatching me for week.By asking them something they will tell me to ask the owner they can not discuss anything with me only to haul freight for them for free.
