Tracfone customer service worse customer service - tracfone W376 and service

I have been using tracfone for a while as hardly ever use a cell and in past when activated it took 3 days to work then a week ago I ordered an updated phone on their web site tracfone.com it is a W376 model when you look on their site they have you enter your zip code and I did then they show you phones they have for sell so I ordered one and it came but they ship fed ex and require signature so I had to take time off work and go to fed ex in a 15 min time period or would be returned so I did but fed ex didn't get back during there required time so I lost more work time then when I called to tranfer my minutes and # and activate the new phone the salesman could barely speak english and took over 40 min of my long distant to transfer my minutes then informed me that that the new phone doesn, t work in my area only in a few areas of usa and said I would need to return and they would sent me a used phone just like my old one then another half hour to put my minutes back then cut off when I ask for a supervisor as I shouldn't have to pay again to send p hone back they sold me and they never comped me for my long distance charges only said it would be a couple weeks to get a shipper and if I would agree to buy a recondioned phone just like my old one then they would comp me 40 minutes but not unless I bought the old phone at same cost as W376 they charged me for.
