They are great for sales and installation follow-up, but once I said I wanted to cancell because their wireless alarm system is not wireless, they don't call back until after your grace period and you have to fight to cancel and pay stupid fees. Do not do business with this company. They said they never waive fees for cancellation as well as the first and last months payments that you pay up front, but they actually did waive the first and last month. I cannot trust them to secure my home.
