Mci wireless scam should be put out of business

Mci wireless should be regulated like other companies. Mci wireless does not have to follow any rules of conduct much less ethical business practices and it shows. It shows from the customer no-service phone centers to the i can't help it billing dept to the i can't do that i am only the cancellation dept. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing and does not care. How would you like to be in charge of a company that can't cancel an account for 6 entire months??? Pretty impressive, huh??? I sure would be proud. Mci wireless is the worst company i have ever had to deal with. And although i finally won my war, i do not believe others should have to fight like i did. Mci wireless should be shut down. They do not run their business fairly.
