Deceptive Business Practices - BEWARE - Massachusetts Municipalities, Buyers and Selle

Greetings

I am a former employee of Allyn Auction Company, Inc. And now a Constable in the City of Lynn.

I worked as an Operations Manager from 2005 for 12 hour shifts, 5 days a week. 60 hours a week for Allyn Auction Company, Inc.

In December of the owner of the company in an attempt to defraud me by avoid paying my wages after stated to me that during the last two weeks, "I was late and not organized and that I will not be paid."

I later found out that the company has a history of this and similiar offenses with other employees and contractors in the past both Civil and Criminal.

Recent deceptive auction practices which defrauded both buyers and sellers include...

1) Include employing individuals as cappers for the purpose of bidding up the price of goods with bona fide bidders for the purpose of encouraging bona fide bidders to purchase as in the City of Lynn Auction held at Lynn City Hall in April.

2) Disposition of goods at auction without first exhibiting to prospective bidders all such goods. Eg. City of Haverhill Auction held at the Haverhill City Hall in 2005; where one parcel of land was removed and sold to a private bidder prior to the auction with notice to the public.

Soliciting Charitable Donations on behalf of the Greater Lynn YMCA even though no Contract existed between this company and the Greater Lynn YMCA.

Example:
Jackie A. Meuse, their named "Vice President" is a former contractor. There is currently no other people involved as thier "Vice President" or "Director of IT Operations" or "Executive Assistant"
