TNT Auction
Illegal/Poor Auctioning Practices

Shops, Products, Services

I tried to back out of auto purchase last September after obtaining extra information on a vehicle purchase. The auction company promptly threatened to sue and said they could nothing. (I paid more than twice fair retail for the vehicle given its particular shape.) I sold the vehicle in question last December for less than 1/2 what was paid. The auctioneers were very unprofessional and promptly threatened to sue. As a military officer I've never seen such poor ethics and business practices. At that moment in time the vehicle could have been re-auctioned to the current crowd.

Virtually every vehicle, trailer, and tractor at that auction sold for 50% or more over fair retail price. The crowd at the auction suspected the auctioneers implanted fictitious bidders and/or the Auction Company was getting behind the table kickbacks from some of the heavy spenders. Bottom line... Stay home and keep your money for something worthwhile. This auction company doesn't play by the rules.
