Allyn Auction Company ripoff avoids paying employee wages

I became employed by Allyn Auction Company, Inc., in January.

I was selected to be assigned as an Operations Manager at a rate of $15 an hour. 12 hour shifts 6 days a week. 60 hours a week, payable weekly.

In December of the owner of the company, stated to me that during the last two weeks, I was late and not organized and that I will not be paid.

Over a period of time I inquired about the back pay and was always told that other contractors were still trying to get the money from Allyn Auction Company, and had past civil and criminal matters for the same reason.

After a few months of waiting and getting brushed aside I hired a Law firm to handle the case.
