Ripoff, theft of pay

I was terminated over 1000 miles from home and basically left to find my own way home. I had approximately $1000 of MY PAY MONEY which was in an account on a company credit card. The payroll side of the card is THE DRIVERS PAY. They have taken my ~$1000 for, they say, expenses retrieving their equipment. They should have taken it out of the pay they haven't given me yet (which I STILL have not received ONE CENT!)

This was MY MONEY which they had ALREADY PAYED TO ME.By taking it back I am SURE they have broken a law or 3. They have at least broken MY law.

I hope there is a LEGAL way to recover my money.

I WILL recover it by ANY means.
