Southern Refrigerated Transport is starting to get a very bad name and rep-during the last month I worked there they had a SafeStat rating of 93, and were working hard on a 100 rating-the worst of the worst. They don't like keeping their good drivers in place-and make up excuses to get rid of you.

On March 3, I was brought into the office, where I was told that I was being terminated for poor performance and costing the company too much money in repairs to the truck and apu-Darla stated that I was not running the 5000 miles per week I needed to run, then amended it to 1500 per week-that's hilarious considering my logs show an average of 3000 a week! She was still upset because she got her ass reamed by Tony Smith for not getting me home when my folks died.

Watch these guys if you go to work for them-no communication between departments-lie about everything-the only folks you can really trust there are Bob, Bobby and Ron in the Safety Dept-they are a stand-up trio!
