Capital One
Holding onto checks and posting them after the due date

Shops, Products, Services

I had multiple occasions where my payment had been mailed 10 days prior to the due date but somehow didn't get posted until the day after the due date. This was a card used for business so the balances were in the thousands of dollars. Because they posted the payments the day after the due date I was charged late fees as well as interest on the balance. I have since paid of the card and switched to another company.
