Punishes early payers, and on-time payments are considered late

I called to complain about being charged interest even though payment in full was posted on the due date, and was told that payments are considered late if received after 1pm on the due date. Is there another business on the planet that uses the due date as the late date???

In addition, the rep said that they had shortened my grace period from 25 days to 20 days because I habitually paid early! The customer rep volunteered to restore it to 25 days.

Nice customer service rep. Bad corporation.
