Purchased a pet door that was supposed to work using infrared technology, so that the dog could use it, but not the cat.
First attempt at making it right was to replace the transmitters on the dog's collar... Did that twice.
Second attempt was to replace the door. Did that and it still didn't work. Attempted to have the door replaced a second time, but it was backordered for over a month.
Requested a refund of full purchase price and they refunded less tax and shipping and handling. Even though I had paid to send the defective unit back.
Do not purchase from any/all of these companies. Their customer service and their return policies suck!!
