To whom it may concern the following unfair bussines practice and fruad has been done. I, am a customer of direct tv. When i, ordered the service in aug. 2005 I, made desposit of 150.00 for collatreal of the service I, would recieve, $10.00 per. Mon. Until the desposited was gone I, still had approx 100.00 of account. Direct t.V. Turned off my services and on 03/03/06 i, made a 45.00 payment and direct t.V. Refused to reinstate my services. Futhermore, I, have another 125.00 of account for the thec. Causing property damage claim #8972160051496486. After talking with several employee named trica, rhonda, charmal kathy telling me that the 150.00 was non-refundable and could not reinstate my services. Moreover, I, was told my acount was sent for collection mind you, direct tv owes me. We allege direct TV is practicing unfail business and fraud for keeping my money and not giving me service. Thankyou
