I am filing a complaint against Columbia House DVD CLUB because they illegally took money out of my account without my permission. We had a verbal agreement in which they broke that my credit card was to be taken off of my account. Someone being sneaky went and took it off and charged my account for 44.89 which I did not authorize. This is illegal and I do not appreciate it one bit. Not only did they take my money out of my account they did not refund me my $22.93 for the movies I paid for and had to send back because the movies where defective. They also owe me money for 17.80 for when I paid for my mother's dvd for her for christmas and she never recieved them. I would like my money back just as quickly you took it out of my account without my permission. I don't want any excuses. I just want my money.

I am not paying for merchandise I never recieved. I never recieved the 44.89 merchandise or the 17.80 merchandise which was for my mother.

The merchandise for the 22.93 was sent back. I want my money in a check.

Unfortanetly I did not get any of the representatives names because I had to hang up on one of your representative because she thought my money being taken out of my bank account was so funny. I don't like this you cause you me problems financially. I want to be compensated for my lost ASAP.

I would like my $80.49 back. I want it in a form of a check. I would like to have my money back before 2/20. I do not want to hear excuses. I am not faxing or emailing any account information. My account balance in my bank account shows the money was taken out and I just want my money it's just that simply. Period
