Diane Sumrak, Neverrest Ranch Scamming liar stole horse she was leasing in NE Ohio All Over

I leased my Paint gelding, Apache, to this woman in 2004 to use as a lesson horse. She has since skipped town with him and told the police I gave him to her.

After doing much research on her, I have learned she has a long history of ripping people off, selling horses under fraudulent circumstances and with dishonest descriptions (saying a horse is well broke or child safe when in fact it is green broke at best or unhealthy.)

She has a long history with the local Humane Society, having had animals confiscated from her several times, and also run-ins with the police.

She is also known around here for being involved in horse theft situations (2 I know of for sure), as well as disappearing in the middle of the night after too many people come after her in one area, only to resurface in another part of the state.

Unfortunately, I found out too late that for many paople, in Ohio and possibly Florida, "Diane Sumrak" is synonymous with "fraud".
