Coverage and Safety Ripoff

At my mothers house I had Extended analog coverage as told by Verizon when I signed up. I tried to make a 911 Emergency call at 11:23 P. M cst. The call would not go through, I then had to drive about 25 Minutes just to get a decent signal and got to Jefferson County 911. I submitted a trouble area ticket and asked them to fix it. They told me to call Cingular to get the service for 911 working. Its not my responsibility to call about THEIR roaming partners. How stupid would I look calling Cingular and telling them Im a Verizon Customer and they need to fix their analog towers, they would tell me to submit a trouble ticket through Verizon. This is a Dangerous issue and It will be submitted to the BBB of Atlanta, GA where they are located and a resolution will come forth if they can't make one. I ma paying the ripoffs $175 a month for their " Good Service "
