Ripoff, rude, yelling, just down right stupid, don't listen

One day out of the blue I had a messege from this person saying they were leaving a messege for me but they didn't have the right last name. They had my old married name which I haven't used for about 7 years.
They said that my ex husband didn't pay one of his depts and now I have to pay. I told him that the dept was given to him in the divorce and I had nothing to do with it. I told him to deal with my ex husband.

The next day I got another call, he hadn't called my ex at all I told him to stop calling me. He said he was going to keep calling me until I paid him the money. My number is unlisted and I asked him how he got it, he said he had a private investigater locate it. He said even if I changed my number he would get it again and keep calling. I had to turn off my answer maching so he would stop leaving messeges, he told me the bill was on my credit report and I owed it, well I check my report once a month and it isn't there.

He still is calling me every other day. Can someone please help me stop this crazy person.
