I buy a $150 flip camera phone for $50 after the mail in rebate joke. 50 calls to co and no action, I also bought insurance, what a ripoff for 5 bucks a month and when my phone quit working, they charged me another $50 to replace it, they said so much BS and then it was "we don't show that offer" Nov of 05.in Feb 06 they gave me a whole 50 bucks off my bill!

What a rip off, they charged me $150 for a flip camera phone in November offering, promising a $100 rebate. I called several times with them saying it's sent, it's sent. Waited some more, called somemore thatn only to be told by the last person I spoke with that they never offered that deal during the month I bought the phone! BUll, I went round and round with these people and in the end all they would do was credit my bill for 50 bucks. I got a family memeber put on my plan with a new, cheap phone and he got his rebate 2 weeks after it was mailed out!

I am so mad and upset with this company I can't wait to change company's when my contract runs out, have seriously thought about giving them the $150 to close my account and go with someone else. But refuse to give them any more of my money than I have to.

Don't ever get a contract with Cingular wireless phone company, they will rip you off and treat you like dirt. Also I have been a customer with with Cingular wireless for 7 years and am being treated like some joe right off the street. I have always paid my bill in full and on time, if not early. Well no more, they can wait till the last second for the $
