Ripoff dishonest, billed $600.00 for early contract termination after being told there would not be one, after given the incorrect calling plan Pittsburgh

After switching calling plans several times for my phone and husbands phone, found one that would work. Went in to update our phones. Was told there would not be a new contract date due to the fact I was just updating our old phones. After calling to question roaming charges, was sold another calling plan. After getting a 300.00 bill called them again to cancel our service due to the fact we were not pleased nor were not told about the outrageous roaming charges.

I requested a final bill. Upon getting the final bill there was an additional 600.00 fee applied due to early contract being canceled for both phones. After calling several times to try to solve this issue, was told that's what we owed in addition to our bill. They cannot be responsible for employees that state incorect information to their customers.

It's been 5 years now and I still refuse to pay this bill. It has been turned in for collections, lawsuits threatened. At this point let them take me to court. This was their employee who works for their company I would think they would be responsible. Still sticking to my guns. Let's hope it works out
