Took My Airline Miles Almost 5 Months Ago But Sent No Magazines Ripoff We

Although I have had good experiences with this service in the past, recently I have been ripped off.

On Sept. 15 I redeemed about 4000 airline miles for a year's subsription to the Economist magazine.

After waiting 10 weeks I called them numerous times to inquire about my order.

After a lengthy search they usually find my order and tell me that they will start sending the magazines in 6-10 weeks.

This has happened many times. Every time I call they tell me to wait another 6-10 weeks.

They always blame others and have no way to expedite this order to fix this nightmare.
