Ripoff

I paid over $50 to have a package shipped to my family and my brother who was being shipped overseas for our United States Military. I procrastinated on getting the packages out due to my own College finals and other obligations. Because of this I paid a hefty fee to get my package to my brother before he left to help our country. He left and never received the package, never got the products, and the package was not received. He left on Tuesday. Now the company will not make a refund and Wendy Birt has been rude, irate, and uncooperative and I even had $300 worth of insurance on it! All I am asking for is my money back, I kept trying to work with her and got most of the gift certificates adjusted (thankfully), but why should I pay for services not rendered? Would You?
