Sold me receiver and didn't hook it to my RV dish

On May 12 I ordered services from Dish Network for my RV, because I wanted to travel with the service I purchased the receiver from DN, at a cost of $294.53, the service tech. Came out on 05/12. And began digging a hole in front of my RV at the rv park I was staying in. I told him he was suppose to hook the receiver to my dish on the rv. The tech ID# 176. Spoke english through cuban and after a time and with visual cues, I made him understand he couldn't dig a hole in the park, because I didn't own the property, and that I wanted the receiver hooked to my satellite dish, it's a wineguard and supports both DN and Direct TV. He informed me he couldn't change the order only cancel it. And said he could hook up the receiver to his dish on a tri-pod and give me the service number to fix the problem with the order. That day I called the service number and talked with someone in the phillipines, (worse english than the cuban) and explained the problem, on 05/14 another service tech ID# 136 showed up and in perfect english told me he couldn't hook up the receiver to equipment that wasn't the property of DN. I showed him the winguard advertisment but he refused to fix the problem. The DN receiver stopped working on the 29th of May, just three days before my departure for California in three days, I called the company right away and finally had to write to the company on 09/07 and explained the problem, they stopped billing me, but didn't refund the money for the receiver I purchased. Which I still carry around as a reminder of the lousy service.
