I hired Anthony in October because he seemed to be very professional. He was hired to finish off an attic room. He started out very well. I had a couple of changes, and he was courteous and willing to make the changes, for a price, of course.

When it was found that the pergo floor that I provided and wanted could not be put in because of the uneven floor, we decidec carpet would be best. I was to purchase the carpet for him to install. However, the carpet was much less time-consuming to install.

I mentioned a credit to the bill but he refused. Said the estimate was for the whole job. But he had no problem charging extra for the things I wanted. I accepeted this. THen halfway into the jub, he and his worker started leaving earlier and earlier, prolonging the job.

Finally the work was a half-day from completion, and I had to leave for work. He requested final payment, promising me he would complete the work to my satisfaction, so I paid him, saving him a half-day to come back.

I returned from work to find an UNBELIEVEABLE MESS! He tried (very unsuccessfully) to repair all the cracks he made in my ceiling becaused he used a hammer instead of a nail gun. I found caulking and spackle dropped and smeared over my entire living room, dining room, and furniture. Not to mention he did NOT finish the room. I called him back and called him back. He promised to show, but never did.

After 13 calls, I gave up. It took me 4 days of scrubbing and scraping my floors and furniture to get the caulk and spackle that they dropped and ground into the floor with their feet. The room upstairs was done so shoddily, people ask me who did it, so they make sure they never use Anthony's PROFFESSIONAL (?) Services. What a sham and rip-off! So sorry I ever heard of this guy!
