Ripoff

On October 11th I called Dishnetwork and cancelled my dish service. I was told by there customer service rep (Melonie) that dish would send me box's to return the receivers, remotes and the transponder off the dish that was on my roof. I waited for the box's to show; they never came, so I again called Dishnetwork on Nov 1st and talked to Ferdi ID # BF5. He told me that ups distroyed the box's and discarded. He said he would request that they be sent again.

I waited again to no avail. On my creditcard statement that came on Dec 5th, I see Dish went into my creditcard and charged $249.41 to my card w/o my authorization. I again called Dish and talked to Jessica, ID#50y and she told me that there was no record of my previous contacts with Dish.

That Don't surprise me. Se said she would put in for the box's to be resent (Yea right). I told her I would send the product back myself and made her give me a tracking # 10747498. I sent all the products back by US Postal w/postal confirmation #03050830000363341395 that shows they received on January 4th @ 4:58am.

There has been no credit to my card as of this date and I have contested the charges with my creditcard. Dishnetwork I feel never had any intentions of sending me the box's so they could do exactly what they did and charge me for there products that they obviously did not want back, so they can charge for there junk product and terrible service!

I feel this is just the beginning of my nightmare with Dishnetwork. But I will tell the world what a dishonest company they are.
