Dead Beat Company, does not pay for work done

I own and operate a specialty site on the Net. Northshore Process Service requested my services on my site via online application.

I did the work they requested and invoiced them for my services.

Two months of benefiting from my services and they decide that they want to renegotiate or they wont pay me.

I billed for services rendered at their request so I was not about to renegotiate what was already past due.

Their payment deadline was at noon on January 5.

Of course, they did not pay and left me out $2,329.43 or should I say, 2,378.02 as of January 6 due to a 1.5% monthly late fee and an Express Mail charge.

If anyone has any dealings with Northshore Process Service Based out of Illinois, get your fees up front! Do not make the same mistake I did and let them take you for a good chunk of change.

Before anyone recommends it, Yes, collections and suing them is an option that we are keeping on the table. This post is to make others aware of the poor business practices that they decided to follow and maybe prevent someone else from being burned.
