MAPNAD VIATEL CONS - Fake Charge

BUSINESS OFFICE SYSTEMS & SOLUTIONS sent me a bill (to my middle initial, last name then first name, I might add) for some charge called "Mapnad Viatel Cons.". They say I owe $7.01 plus $2.24 for a grand total of $9.25.

I find it funny that it's impossible to figure out what "Mapnad Viatel Cons" really is. This is a bogus charge. I believe I'm not the first one on this website to complain of this company.
