Sprint
Cut off my service when THEY lost my payment ripoff

I am pissed!!! I got home last night to discover that I had no DSL. When I tried to use the dial-up to figure out what was going on, that failed too. So today at work I looked up the DSL service number. When I tried to call the number when I got home tonight, I was redirected to someone claiming to be a collection agency who wanted to take my credit or debit card information over the phone. What do they think I am, stupid? There's no proof that person is connected to Sprint. I told him that my bill had been paid and that I had not yet received a statement for December. Since I could not go online to access my BofA account, I could not look up the proof of payment. So I had to drive 20 miles back into my office to use the internet here.
Our BofA account shows that my November payment of $107.65 was withdrawn from our account on NOVEMBER 7, was transmitted electronically to Sprint on NOVEMBER 8, and was applied to our Sprint account on NOVEMBER 9.
When I called the Sprint customer service number from here at work, the automated system indicated that the amount due on my account is $212 and change. This is impossible. The only thing that I use this number for is incoming calls and my DSL service. I make very few local outgoing calls, and no long distance outgoing calls. So I checked for the last payment received, which the automated system indicated was zero. So what happened to the $107.65 that BofA sent Sprint way back in NOVEMBER?
In the meantime, I have yet to receive a paper statement for December, and that bill is due any day now.By deducting the November payment I already made from the $212 and change referenced by Sprint's automated system, I can surmise that the new statement is $105 and change, but I hesitate to send yet another payment when Sprint apparently cannot find the November payment I made nearly a month and a half ago.
I am a VERY dissatisfied Sprint customer...
