Careless service, ripoff billing & false cra report

A yearly tax return was done by H&R Block. An error was found after. They refused to redo. It was taken to another TAX COMPANY, who found out that there was a $5,000.
Error that I would have lost. I went back and wrote 2 leters
that I would not pay their bill of $121., They agreed that I shouldn't have to pay... 2 different times. I heard nothing else.

Then I got complaints from my credit cards that my interest was raised because of "collection bills" and "deliquent charges"...[h&r block].

I called and the new manager refused to correct. I filed a "small claim", where some big shot from the Main Office of H&r Block talked me out of dropping my claim and that she would correct this. I did drop the complaint, where they turned around and did nothing. After another case was filed in court the District Manager came to court and did nothing but lie and the Clerk -Magistrate I had to file an iNJUSTICE
COMPLAINT TOO on his behaviour. It had taken the constant calling for them to finaly contact the credit reports to have the bad report moved... But after a loss of alot oftime and money. To date they say they tried to correct the credit report and alll 3 CRA's say they didn't. I may again take them back to court to recover my losses still yet. All because they are so greedy and don't want to admit they make BIG ERROR'S mainly because they hire part time people who are untrained for anything more than simple tax forms. BEWARE!!!
