Cheaters and their peace of mind insurance is useless

In 2003 I had my taxes done by H and R block. They made an error in what I could claim. I asked them about it, they said it was perfectly legal. Then they asked me about purchasing Peace Of Mind Insurance, that covers any expenses that would effect me if they make an error in filing my taxes.

In 2006 I recieve a letter from IRS stating I owe 1382.00 for the item claimed, that could not be claimed as I had told them in the first place could not be claimed. I filed a complaint with them for 1382.00 and they decided to only send me a check for 178.00 for interest and penalties for the error and refused to send me the full amount. 178.00 was not the amount of my claim 1300.00 was. I am totally ticked off, because not only are they ripping me off, it took me almost a year to get them to do anything about it.

If I knew people who had the same problem, I would file a class action law suit against them right now. So, if there is anyone out there whom this has happened to with H and R Block let me know and if there is any attorneys reading this and want to take on this case by all means contact me.
