Ripoff, false advertising, expect less pay more

Expect less, Pay More is what the motto should be of this store. Why is this? Because like other retail outlets in CA, this store like others reported advertise items for sale they dont have in stock to get you into the store then attempt to sell you something else you dont need.
In September went to their store to buy two 4-In-1 convertable cribs. These cribs convert to beds as the baby gets older. The store had none but unlike other stores, least they offer rain checks.

Went to customer service to get a raincheck when the sales person stated they happened to have one which was right behind her. I notaced it was opened and retaped and was willing at first to buy it when a customer few counters down walked over to me and told me that she had just returned it and that it was in fact broken and that the side came down which a baby can become strangled if they got caught. Amazing, they actually tried to sell me a defective product without even thinking twice wether it would kill someone.

I told them I dont want the broken item, and want a raincheck or to please order it for me. I got a raincheck for 2, and Target is very generouse in giving them too, except for the fact that they very seldom get the item in stock till after they expire.

Been to the store so many times it wasnt funny, and oh yes, that bad bed was put back on the sales floor and they never got any in stock again. I asked if theyd order it, they said they dont, but I can through their catalog if available. Price was for in stock, not catalog. Now the raincheck expires and they get 1 in, not 2 and they wont even honor it except offering me 10% off.

This isnt the only thing thats happened at the store. I have pictures Im sending in to show this as well. Huge displays of batteries showing low price, and by the way, their UPC's match the display. The price comes up higher on the register, and not even management would check. I had to takea picture and shove it in their face before theyd make an adjustment.

Racisim also takes place at this store. Waited 15 minutes while a spanish sales girl was chatting with a friend at the food counter despite the line. I interupted her to remind her she has people waiting and she fakes she doesnt understand english and goes back to talking to friend. Suddenly, another person she is friends with comes over to say hello and she suddenly speaks english fluently. I then started yelling to the point several management came over and delt with the problem. I spoke to them, along with other customers, and least I havent seen her their since. But other then that, they dont honor their sales or rainchecks when their stocks are their fault.
