Harbor Freight
National mail order and the local store Advertised item not available, would not provide rain check with advertised price

Today I went to the Harbor Freight Tools store at Woodbridge, Va to evaluate and obtain the advertised Multi purpose Workbench
(Item #99681). However, the item was not in stock.

I would have bought it, given the additional incentive of 20% off (Coupon
code 68895986). Aside form the item being out of stock, the store did not and would not provide a raincheck for the advertised price.

Contacting the Customer Service did not help either.

I feel this deceptive advertising and sales practices.
