Major Rip Off Scam Keep Away ripoff Chris is no help

I was searching for an apartment online for our big move from Turkey to Boston for a year research at Harvard. I was then contacted all the way to Turkey by phone and e-mail by a representative of the company with the name Diana Pesmergah. She called me several times stating that they guarantee that I would find an apartment in the area I was planing to move and find one from hundreds of listings, and they would do the job and help me close the deal. Well after I sent them the money by credit card they gave a reistration code for sign in to their site for three months where I kept checking for available apartments. They of course made me sign a contract online stating that I cannot ask for a refund. It turned out most apartments they were offering was way above my limit in price and most did not allow pets. The ones they had listed were either already rented and not removed from the list or the landlords or the managers never available. Imagine calling everyday from Turkey and the phonebills. I contacted them a few times and they said they have more listings coming. When I first came to the states, I still could not reach any of the landlords and there still was no place available that met our conditions. I ended up renting a place through a broker. Pay a lot to a hotel and the broker's fee. I had to rent for more than I could afford because i could not afford more of the hotel bill. When I contacted Chris from the customer department and asked him about what I could do he told me to apply with a letter. I wrote them and explained the situation and added a copy of the lease I had signed with my current apartment. After almost 2 months I received a letter stating that the place I had rented cost more than what I had asked them to set up my limits for for their listings. Therefore, I was refused a refund. Now What could I do when I could not even contact a few apartments' managers? And the price range was good for me. Then they should not cooperate with these kind of managers. When I told them that on the phone, they said the manager with the name of Scott Schneider was always available and I was mistaken. Imagine calling the man for almost round the clock and not getting any answer other than the answering machine and not ever having a return call. That is just one example. This is a trap because I was new in the country I went for it but please beware. I will contact all the related agencies.
