Ripped off by this company! Brooklyn

Do not buy from this horrible man! I ordered 4 bags which all came in good time and I was pleased with them. I then ordered another 4 which were NOT the ones I ordered, just cheaper looking versions. I told him I wanted a refund and he said that I could sell the bags on and didn't NEED A REFUND! They were completely different to the ones I ordered. I ordered 4 bags, paid for them then received an e-mail saying one I wanted was out of stock and he would send it at his own expense, this was 21st October. I have still not received my bag and only had a repsonse saying "STILL WAITIN FOR IT" no apololgies either! I have sent him 2 emails in the last 2 days saying that I will make legal enquiries but he has not replied.

Do not buy from this man, he is a COMPLETE FRAUD. Please file a complaint if you haven't already and spread the word. Don't part with your money!
