Dominion ripoff! Continued billing monthly for service that was canceled 2! Richmond Virginia

We moved from OH to FL in Dec we canceled our Gas Service in Feb. Then when bills kept coming, we went on-line and tried to cancel service. NO RECORD of FEB Cancelation at their offices! Will NOT Cancel via Web and waited on hold for over 20 minutes (so I hung up!). The gas was shut off, and they are STILL Billing for recovery and usage! Rip off!
