I went to bestbuy on 08/29/05 to bye a tv got to the store had great customer sirvice all my questions where being answered the sales person said that a 32 inch sony tv was the best tv that they had nice picture everything about he told me and my parents that you had 30 day's warranty in the store if anything went wrong just bring it back and had one year with sony that you had to ship the tv to sony to have it fixed, then they try to sell me a plan for 4 years sirvice plan for $00 i did not have the money for that i said no but asked again anything goe's wrong bring it back he said yes name was danny i said ok let's get it they got the tv and a stand i paid cash they put in my truck went home to meet my brother and is son who is 6.4 feet tall when i got there we open the box and we noticed that the tv was broken on the boottom corner i called the store right way told them they told me bring it back to the store to change the tv, when got there there was a manager name nick he told me he would not exchange the tv and did not care what i did or say he would not exchange the tv.

I called the bestbuycustomercare after talking to tina she say's that bestbuy stands with the managers dicision.
I call the better businuss bureau my case manager sue after a month tells me they can't push bestbuy to change there decision and can't help me with anything seems that they can't help anyone but them selfs getting paid to do nothing.

I guess the lesson is don't pay cash pay with card that way you can cansell, inform yourself before you bye on policy.

Make sure everything is on paper warrenty is valid with the receipt in hand 45 minnutts later from purchase and they want exchange a broken tv what is next make you pay for some you want receive.

I called sony they tell me bestbuy is the problem they are not doing anything about, you have 2 big companie's steeling money from us and nobody what's to do anything at the same time i have a broken tv and i got RIPPED OFF.
