Phil Spinney, self proclaimed "tight a*ed yankee bastard"."I'm not asking you, I'm telling you!" was his high school yearbook inscription.

Liar and thief. Adulterer for 10 years with his secretary, who accompanied him and his family on many family outings with her 4 children. Child hater.

Phil's own 4 daughters are scumbags each independent of one another and further polluting the world with more bastard children and racemixing offspring good only for receiving welfare and taking up the world's food supply, who never amounted to much because of the milktoast father figure he made, and that his seed was no better than a wild burro.

Always resenting his failures and they were many - trashed the only good step daughter Amy Devilbiss, an innocent child with his negative and domineering ways of upbringing.

Hypocrite. Issuing orders, then changing his mind later. Alcoholic. Married to have a nurse maid and someone to change his mommy's diapers. While catering to Phil's every order and health issues do to his alcohol induced life threatening disease, his wife wouldn't have time to bring her daughter up properly - this is classic sadistic controlling behavior.

Stepped in to run his grandfather and father's multi-million dollar meat packing business, only to lose it all because of poor judgement, forcing him to relocate as far away as he could get from his Bostonian roots according to his then - socialite wife, moves to Florida where one of his New Hampshire buddies has a fledging real estate firm - calls himself a real estate agent but that's only a front to deem himself the "negotiator and closer" on contracts, insuring that he never actually worked for a paycheck honestly, and telling others what to do instead of doing it himself.

Pads figures for commission to himself and commits fraud with his cronie Steve Morriera - Magic Financial, collecting fees, negotiating fraudelent offers. He and sTEVE are both good buddies, as they can no longer satisfy a woman. Don't let Steve fool you, He'll talk about being in the Cosa Nostra, but was only a strip tease bar owner pervert and is no better than a can of trash.

Phil is also a thief stealing tools, money, jewelry, personal articles of his former wife's, conspiring with a gold digger named Kelly Wheeler and others including his own doctor's wife, to defraud the innocent. All because no one liked him anymore.

Watch out for these men and don't do business with them at all costs.
