Ripoff Fraud dishonest thieves liars cheats Collection agency rip off

Needing help collecting money from clients that refused to pay for services rendered, hired Newton Associated to help collect, Was told they were an upstanding firm with integrity. Definately not the case.

Entire time I was told they were making no progress on collecting until one day I received a call from a clerk at there offices which said they had some information that belonged to me. It was a cleared cashed check that was sent 9 months prior to Newton Associates that they had cashed. Come to fine out they had received a lot more checks that I was not aware of all cashed. During this same time I recived a call from them trying to collect from me for some money they said I owed due to one of there other clients.

I did not feel this was accurate so i did what i thought anyone would do that is to say fine if you can provide back up to your claim take what ever money i supposbly owe this client and offset it with the money you have collected for me. Well this is where it gets EVEN BETTER.

They never provided the back up or proof. But they took the money anyway. I called spoke to every person every manager including Scott Jefferson there corporate attorney and Bill Newton himself the owner who was very rude and promtply hung up on me.

They basically said sue me we are so big you cant touch me. (they never paid me a dime out of any money they collected on our behalf) Well apparently they are right. I have retained council at 2500.00 all for them to call me back and say you will have to sue they dont feel threatened by you and they have alot more money than you, so unless you want to fork out another 10k dont bother. So I guess the big guys aways wins, whether they are right or wrong.integrity my ass.

There are a bunch of thieves. Oh for someone to be big enough to take on someone there own size and embarrass them and make them get off there mighty horse. How do people expect small guys to make it when thieves disquised as big companies are out there like vultures to screw you.
