I am the owner of Dawn of Day Children's Publishing. I put Keino Campbell on retainer for $5000.00 with the understanding of another $5000.00 for legal fees in May 05 for a copyright issue, He was living in Michigan at the time at 20700 Civic Center Dr. Ste 170, Southfield MI 48076 Tel: 248-663-4004.

My company publishes books and artwork created by children. One of my authors decided to publish her book on her own and broke her contract with me. My company is out of something like $100,000 and I have no new product to bring in revenue.

Keino promised me that he was working my case and that I would receive a deposition and demand letter to present to their attorney in July. I have not heard from him, nor could I contact him, his receptionist said he was moving to Colorado and that she was not at liberty to give out that information. That was the last conversation I had with his office in July 05. I never received anything from him except a few emails nor did he work my case. It is still unresolved.

I have a complaint with the Attorney Grievance Commission in Michigan, I was told that Keino has not responded to this file yet. Which makes me believe he has many more complaints against him. The deadline for him to respond is past. I was also informed that Keino could care less about his license in MI as of now.

I am a very small company and live from product to product. My company is now in danger of not exisiting anymore. I cannot sustain such a loss and I have no where to go for help. I cannot afford another attorney and cannot find one to take this case cause it is not fruitful and there is no indication that Keino has Lawyers Liability Insurance.

All I wanted to do was to help children and make a difference in this world, now my dream is slowly dying cause of ripoffs.

I don't want to loose my company. One more thing I was also ripped off by a potential investor for alot of money too. That is a seaprate report from this one.

I can't stop crying, I do not want to loose my company. Please let everyone know about this guy to help and protect others. You can call me anytime if you have info or can help me.
