Campbell Law Firm Home Solutions Ripped Off - SCAM

I was doing a internet search in July for Loan Modification Program and quotes. I was contacted by a Josh from Campbell Law Firm in August saying he was referred to us by quote or information we requested for a Loan Modification, my husband spoke to him. This Josh then proceeded to give my husband some background information about his firm and if we were interested in hiring his firm the fee would be $1000.00 and they would take care getting all the necessary paper to the mortgage company for us to get approved for the LMP with our mortgage company. My husband told him to mail us some information about your company which he did along with some type of agreement for us to pay his firm. I told my husband I don't think this firm is legitimate because you do not pay A fee upfront. My husband then said after reading all the documentation he received from Campbell Law Firm that they seem legitimate (NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER). Fine my husband signs the paperwork pays the $1000 fee. We were contacted just twice about some documentation that was needed, but then we have not heard back from Campbell Law Firm. Since September we have not heard a thing from Campbell Law Firm in regards to our case or have received any updates from Campbell Law Firm. I have left numerous message 813-902-2505 with no luck. I have sent emails, left messages and send faxes to refund ouR money we paid Campbell Law Firm. With no luck. I am at a lost in what to do next. It's a shame that they have Law Firms out there claiming they will help and work in your best interest in this tough economic. Now we are out of $1000 and right back where we started from in trying to get some kind of help with our Loan Modification. Beware of campbell law firm in tampa, fl—this is a scam -they are not looking out for your best interest, just looking to take your money and run!!!
