Rebate Rip-Off

Avoid BellSouth anyway you can. They will telemarket you to take their DSL services. They will promise a rebate, but you will never get it. If you try to call, they tell you three weeks. Each time you call, they tell you another three weeks.

They want you to forget the rebate, so they make more money. They are theives in the night (and day). No one can help when you call. I have talked to three supervisors who tell me they will call me back in five days, NO CALLS to date.

I have sent emails to every department at BellSouth. Each one sends an automated response saying that they are happy to provide outstanding customer service, but they have not. You can't even reply to their messages.

They have had my rebate posted on their website, stating it is being processed, since JULY 6. I still have no rebate.

Run as fast as you can.
