Rude, harassing, yelling, rip off, ruin your credit, jerk

I too have been harassed by Mr. John Keys, with Monterey Collections with a debit with Naco/1000 Trails Campgrounds.

When I first purchased the membership I paid cash for it.By memeory around 1990? We had maintence fees that were due yearly which I paid. After not using the memebership for years (but still paying the maintenace fees) I decided to cancel out the memebership. I'm guessing some where around 94-95?

As far as I'm concerned the memebership is canceled. I do not think I've heard from Naco/1000 Trails since 95?

To my surprise John Keys contacts me and tells me that I owe over $1500 and need to pay ASAP, or he wil "ruin" my credit. I tried to explain that the memebership was canceled out. He asked if I had proof of this. I told him I had not heard or even received a bill from Naco in years (could be 10 years ago) so I was sure it was done.

Mr. Keys does what he does well, he will make your BLOOD BOIL, and get you upset. I told Mr. Keys that I would turn it over to an Attorney and his responce OH you need an attorney because you DON'T PAY YOUR BILLS!

I have now talked with Mr. Keys Twice and both times he haug up on me. I'm not sure how his behavior gets debits paid but he sure knows how to get me upset.

After reading other postings I see he does the same to others. I hope there can be something done for people like John Keys and Monterey Collections. I'm sure some of their collections are for real but they do need to learn to be civil. As they say "You can draw more flies with honey than with vinegar.

I have contacted my Attorney's Office and just waiting on a return call.
