E-penzio - avalon - bring It Home And Monterey Collections ripoff

I have been harrassed by the collection agency. Monterey collections. I have responded to letters sent by saying that it is a scam. I went to a seminar, filled out paperwork to take a look at their merchant accts. They said I could cancel within 30 days, never received the packet I expected til after 30 days.

Then I tried to cancel immediately and got the run around. "you cant cancel through us, you need to do this..." round and around. Then they started taking 100 bucks a day out of my acct til I closed them down, then they started entering the withdrawals another way, as if they had my card, then I closed the acct all together.

I have never received any product or service from them. Now, Monterey collections fellow threatened to check my credit constantly so he can ruin me. And that is what he is doing. He is rude, boligerant and ridiculously offensive. I hung up on him, and now will not respond.

I am getting a lawyer, and suing them. I have the money. If there is a suit already in progress. Let me know.
