Ripoff

I receved my phone in July under the pretense of a bill every
month of $30. Weonly received one bill for $40. The months went
on and no bill.

Then finally we reeived a letter stating "sorry for the inconvenience, your bill should arrive shortly". Well,
more months went on receiving the same leter till finally we
get one for 200 simething then another.

Then another!

After not paying any of these because we cannot afford this ridiculous amount of money all at once, the phone was shut off. Except it was shut off before they even sent notice! Hen we got the notice and didn't even care because that was they're form
of warning to collect the HUGE payment'but the damn phone had
ALLREADY BEEN SHUT OFF!

NOw, we owe them $628 that we don't have. They say nothing about installments, but we had no choice but to sit back and wait for them. And we're not the only ones' either. AT least 3 people we know have the same problem.
