I paid my bill over phone they gave me confirmation no, still shut me off now wants double

I owed 260.34 to Ferrell Gasoline I settled it within the telephone having a friend of mine check-book. I obtained a confirmation number, per month later they closed me off with just getting one-letter within the email exactly the same evening they closed me down, The notice stated nothing in regards to a close off notice simply to spend the statement instantly.

I then called Ferrell Gasoline they explained it had been the incorrect acct, data. How might they provide me a verification number easily offered them the incorrect number. There's 4000.00 for the reason that acc. Even today.

Then i received a statement for 48.00. Additionally two nights later i obtained a statement for 78.00 subsequently 15.00 the way the heck may I owe all that cash and my gasoline be turn off, That's not the very first time it's occurred in my experience. Our landloard has 3 empty units upstairs he'd simply switched the gasoline on all of the models, and 14 days later he obtained a statement for 180.00 for 1 unit and 30.00 for another device.

The unfortunate thing about this is the fact that no body existed up there so just how may the statement price so much. Today they need over 400.00 to show it back on
