I had the exact same problem as Debra from Spring, Texas. I was mislead into believing that I had replacement insurance on my cell. I am still trying to resolve the issue and I am going to attempt to contact the appropriate corporate offices if it should help. If it does not help I will write a letter to the Arizona State Attorney Generals office and also inform Channel 3 News (3 on your side for consumers).
